The production itself takes place in an extremely clean environment, in rooms equipped with an overpressure system, air conditioning and specially filtered air meeting cleanroom 8 standards. Upon request, cleanroom 7 standard equally be provided.
Together with all the necessary peripheral devices, our hydraulic and electric injection molding machines come with a clamping force of 60 to 160 tons. In part, production is fully automated up to packaging. Highly automated handling systems ensure efficient processing in large quantities and fast cycles. Detailed documentation and reports complete our professional quality control.
As part of an individual post-production service Ratiolab® also offers custom packaging solutions for small and large batches. Our services comprise:
